Prior to retiring as a Captain from the Greenwich, CT Police Department after almost thirty years of service, Frank had earned his real estate sales license in that state and wanted to continue working with people when he moved to Arizona. While there, he obtained his broker's license and became the manager of a large real estate office, overseeing hundreds of transactions. When he and his wife Judy relocated to the Grand Strand, he qualified for his South Carolina real estate broker's license and returned to his first love, representing buyers. An Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Frank enjoys working with folks who have made the decision to either purchase a vacation/investment spot or make the big move themselves.
